Mat 2 teaches the remaining intermediate and advanced level Mat exercises for a complete understanding of the Pilates Mat program. The course focuses on progressive skill development, intelligent sequencing, and safe advancement toward more complex movements and adaptable classes suitable for a wide range of clients and settings.

    • Each pair of students will share one Reformer throughout the course, allowing them to spot each other, offer support, and enhance their learning experience.
