Cadillac & Tower Repertoire — Full Apparatus Certification

The Balanced Body® Trapeze Table Teacher Certification offers advanced training in the Cadillac and Trapeze Table repertoire as part of the internationally recognized Balanced. This in-depth module focuses on exercise progressions, intelligent programming, and effective teaching strategies for one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment.

During this training, instructors develop the knowledge and practical skills required to teach the Cadillac / Trapeze Table safely and confidently, learning how to sequence exercises, apply clear cueing, and adapt movements for different client needs. The course explores how the Trapeze Table can be used for postural correction, rehabilitation support, strength development, mobility, and athletic performance training.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of movement mechanics, Pilates principles, and programming strategies that allow them to work with a wide range of clients—from beginners and rehabilitation populations to athletes and advanced practitioners.
