Pilates Course Attendance & Cancellation Policy


1. Attendance & Certification Requirements

Full attendance is required for all training days in order to receive course completion recognition.

Participants must attend the entire duration of each scheduled day. If any hours are missed, make-up hours must be completed in order to meet certification standards.

Make-up sessions are offered privately at a rate of 450 AED per hour, scheduled based on availability.

If a participant is unable to complete the required hours, the course may need to be retaken at full tuition.

We encourage all students to plan carefully and allow sufficient travel time to ensure punctuality and full participation.


2. Cancellation Policy

Because course spaces are limited (typically 16 participants) and trainings are scheduled months in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:


2.1 Cancellations 30+ Days Before Course Start

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund, minus a 250 AED administrative fee to cover banking and processing costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to two working weeks depending on banking timelines.

2.2 Cancellations 14–29 Days Before Course Start

Cancellations within 14 to 29 days of the course start date are eligible for:

50% refund of the course fee
OR
100% course credit valid for 6 months toward another scheduled course (subject to availability)

Administrative fee of 250 AED applies to refunds only.

2.3 Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before Course Start

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

However, participants may:

Transfer their spot to another person at no additional charge
OR
Request a one-time transfer to a future course (subject to availability)

Requests must be made before the course start date.

3. Emergency & Force Majeure Considerations

In the case of serious illness, hospitalization, or other significant unforeseen circumstances, participants may submit official documentation for review.

At our discretion, a course credit may be granted for use in a future training (subject to availability). Cash refunds are not issued in these cases.

We aim to handle exceptional situations with fairness while maintaining the viability of the training program.

4. Rescheduling Between Courses

Rescheduling from one course date to another is considered a cancellation and is subject to the timelines outlined above.

Course credits are valid for 6 months and may be used toward any scheduled training with available space.

5. Important Notes 

Courses require significant preparation, venue coordination, and instructor scheduling.

Limited spaces are intentionally maintained to ensure high-quality training.

We strongly recommend securing appropriate travel arrangements and, where applicable, insurance coverage.

By registering for a course, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
