Movement Principles is the foundation of all Balanced Body® education and provides a comprehensive framework for understanding how the body moves. This course equips you with essential tools to work confidently in any teaching environment and with any apparatus.

You will develop a practical understanding of fundamental movement patterns, enabling you to support injury recovery, improve overall fitness, and enhance athletic performance. Emphasis is placed on observation, problem-solving, effective cueing, and intelligent progression — skills that support long-term client success and teaching confidence.
